At Zia, we sell YOUR furniture, antiques and decorative items on consignment.  This service may also be chosen if you are moving, simply downsizing your home or possessions, liquidating an estate, or just wanting to redecorate.  We proudly offer this service to you, no matter your reason, and will provide professional, knowledgeable staff to facilitate the sale of your goods from our facility.  Your consignments are safely stored in our building, and cared for with the highest respect for you as a customer.  

Items will be consigned to us for an agreed-upon price for a finite period of time, during which our professional staff will make every effort to see that your consignments are sold promptly.  At Zia, we feature furniture, decor, jewelry, antiques, collectibles and many other unique items, and are uniquely talented at handling your consignments with professionalism, courtesy, and care.

Our charges for Estate Services are based on a percentage of cash received for the total items sold, including all expenses relating to advertising your estate sales, cleaning, labor, trash removal, moving of all items from the home and any incidental costs.  Hence, there is no out-of-pocket expense to you.   Plus, for your convenience and comfort, we move quickly, do our job with compassion, meticulous regard and respect, and we have the capacity and staff to process estates of almost any size, large or small.
