Buyer Fees

Cash  -  10%        

Credit Card / Debit Card  -  15%        

Checks accepted with letter of guarantee dated within 5 days of the auction - listing Zia Auctions as the recipient

 

New Mexico law requires us to collect sales tax with every purchase.

 

If you wish avoid paying sales tax, you must supply a completed tax certificate made out to Zia Auctions. We are not, and will not be responsible for taxes incurred by the buyer.  

 

We request full payment at the time of purchase, at the auction.

 

Please take purchased items with you at the completion of the auction or make arrangments to have your  items picked up and paid for by noon on Wednesday.

 

Items not paid for by noon Wednesday will automatically be charged a 15% buyers fee. A storage fee of $10 per day will be added to purchases that have not been picked up by Wednesday.
